For our tenants’ convenience, we offer two freight elevators at the Lincoln Warehouse. In addition, customers may also use the elevators when accompanied by a tenant. If you are new to our community or have not yet been trained to use these beautiful antiques, kindly contact the front office to receive a brief training. We also ask you to close the elevator doors after use to ensure good working order for every tenant.
We house several carts for tenant use as an additional amenity. The carts remain on the first floor when not in use so they are easily located by each tenant that needs them.
All tenants can dispose of their trash at the dumpster outside of dock door #4. This dumpster is emptied weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We thank you for keeping our collective environment clean and professional.
All tenants can dispose of their recycling at the dumpster on the south wall of the first floor dock area. The recycling dumpster is emptied weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. To keep this process running smoothly, kindly break down/flatten boxes, leave recyclables unbagged, and avoid overfilling the dumpster. We again thank you for your commitment to keeping our collective endeavors looking sharp.
All tenants are required to maintain a $1,000,000.00 business insurance policy. This can be obtained from any insurance agent. You can find a sample COI in the "Download" section at the bottom of this page. If you have questions please call the office at 414-744-2018
